I'm new to Visual Cron we have 8.0.2 installed on a vm that hosts win server 2003, questions would be since we purchased support just recently.
* what is Visual crons contact phone number I'm finding it no where
* How would one get support on moving this application to a newer supported windows os like svr 2012 r2 std
* what are the prerequisites

But please use the Contact page (you probably need to join your company or be invited to access it). This is vital for all communication (including phone). Preferably use the contact form as we are in a different time zone than you and you can also supply screenshots etc.

The requirements state that .NET 4.0 is required. And while i'm sure it is, you may want to update the Requirements page to say that you also still need to have ".NET 3.5 Features" installed because every time I've tried to install VisualCron on a brand new system with only the .NET 4.0/4.5 on it, it prompts me to install .NET 3.5 Features from the Role/Features list. This happened in 2012 R2 and Windows 10 Pro x64.
