It worked last week but is failing now, and I have recreated it just in case. A typical sftp connection is getting the following error:
I get this attempting a connection from the Explorer:
SFTP error 7
SBSimpleSftp.EElSimpleSFTPClientError: Connection lost (error code is 10058)

I get this when it runs as part of a step in a job:
Connection lost (error code is 0)

I have done the 'uncheck Auto adjust MAC algorithms' suggested solution and it fails.
The connection works fine in filezilla.

Any ideas? Attached is the feilzilla log. I dont know how to make a vcron ftp attempt log.

Where do I go to make that adjustment? I dont see anything like that on the Edit Connection/Encryption tab, nor in the Main settings?

What version is that capture from? I dont see those options in my version, 7.7.8 - or maybe I just dont know how to access that Encryption Algo section.

These settings are introduced in version 8.0.x so you need to install version 8 to do this.

Thanks, yes. Lkely the encryption algorithm was changed on SFTP server. In previous vesions we use some default values but introduced detail control in 8.x version.

OK I'll look into an upgrade. What sucks is it worked last week. Tried an upload yesterday and it failed...so something must have changed.
