Have a folder being delivered with several files in the folder that I want to create a zip file containing all the files in the folder. Folder name is year-mm-dd want the zip file name to be year-mm-dd.zip

So, destination folder could be:

c:\subfolder\{DATEFORMAT(yyyy-MM-dd)}.zip

I want to keep the original folder name so if the folder is 2017-05-03 but the job runs on today I want the zip file name to be 2017-05-03.zip, I figured out the job and trigger and task

You want two options? Please give more examples. It sounds like you need to add more logic like .NET or PowerShell code.
