I downloaded the setup file for VisualCron 5.2.2 and when I launch it, the license page appears but then it crashes. I am evaluating the product and have not bought a license yet. Could someone help me please!

Please tell me more about your OS and error. It sounds like a permission problem. Please install as Administrator.

It was an OS issue. The manual - http://www.visualcron.com/files/doc/VisualCron.pdf  (Page 20) says that it is supported on Win XP but the site says it isn't. Guess the document requires to be updated! Anyways, thanks!

VisualCron works on XP. I still believe it is a permission issue. Are you running as an administrator. We will update the site.

2. Have you done all updates?
3. Are you running as an administrator?
4. What error do you get?

1. Its SP3.
2. The OS is completely patched (If those are the updates you are referring to).
3. I am running it as an admin on the machine.
4. There is no error, the task disappears from the "Task Manager" after the licensing screen. (For some reason, I cannot seem to access my even logs so not sure if something got logged there)

1. Please go to the VisualCron directory and zip the folders:

* settings
* log

2. Go to the event viewer and copy any error regarding VisualCron
