Hi Cron Team,

Could you please help me in below scenario -

I have Cron 8.1.2 Client installed on my server. I want that all authorised users to Cron should be local instead of AD. Means any authosied user having acess to server does not not guarntee for Cron access as well.

So i created users in Cron through Server - User permissions and setup same in File - Manage Server -. add and choose internal logon and prompt for password option.

But when that user is executing Cron from his account getting error ' No user found' error.

Could you please advice on this.
Thansk in advance for your help.

Internal logon is not connected to AD at all. So you cannot add an AD user and use internal logon with that. It has to be a VC user.

Thanks for your response and support.
It worked by isolating local account from AD.

Thanks
