SFTP doesnt have option of connecting to port 443

First, your screenshot seemse to point to HTTP and not SFTP Connection. Second, you can use any port for SFTP in VisualCron.

I tried what you advised, still am getting error "Connection lost (error code is 0)"

You are using the wrong connection type. You should use the Amazon S3 one for this.
