Good morning,

Was trying out the new PDF convert settings, attempting to convert a couple small PCL files to PDF using the new functionality. It is however failing each time with the VC service crashing and needing to be restarted on the server. Trying to review server logs and the only entry in the Windows logs is the entry in the Windows System log below. The VC logs are empty I'm guessing because of the Service crash.

The files I am converting are small sample files from a couple of sources which I am able to successfully convert using SwiftConvert. I am happy to provide the files if it helps in the diagnosis.

I have downloaded the latest build (28811) from the site link and installed. After a reboot, attempted to run the same file with the same issue. The VC Service stops and needs to be restarted when the task runs.

Good morning.
Screenshots are attached below of the PDF task configuration. It is a very basic configuration to simply try out the feature.

I have also attached a ZIP of the 2 small PCL files I have been experimenting with, as well as the PDF of each that were created using SwiftConvert.

  PCLSamples.zip (388kb) downloaded 44 time(s).

At first glance it seems to be a font missing causing this:

Font Univers

Are you able to install that?
