I have a job that clone from Production to Staging, pre-deployment. I'd like to add a task on Server A that connects to VC on Server B and inactivates a job.

Anyway to do that?

No, right now Servers do not communicate with each other. This could be solved if you used the API and create an executable that uses the API and call that from the Server.
