I have made a test creating two jobs with event triggers: the first job has a file trigger monitoring a Windows drive location, the second job has an SFTP remote file trigger.

I then stop the VisualCron server, create a new trigger file and place it on the two monitored locations above (I have tested the jobs with the server running and they run as they should).

When I start the VisualCron server only the remote file trigger runs. Why is that?

I ask because we have several normal file triggers, and I don't want to go through all locations manually after a server restart.
