Hi all ,
I receive Connection Error 102 on SFTP connection.
I use a private key ,the private key successfully loaded from file.
If I try with WinSCP works.
Please you can support me ?

SFTP 102 means problem at SSH protocol level. I would test the following, one at a time;

1. Select either SSH V1 or SSH V2 in the Connection
2. Test one SFTP version at a time starting from 6 and down

Perform all tests (after changes) in the built in Connection Explorer.

I have tested all test that you have suggest but the issue persist.
It show :
Authentication type "keyborad-interactive" failed
"SFTP error 102 " .....
SBSimpleSftp.EElSimpleSFTPClientError:Connection error 102

Uncheck auto-authentication and select password auth only.

Ok, we can help you but then our developers need some kind of access. A test account would be great with no specific folders as the problem is just about Connection. Please send any details to support@visualcron.com.

Add other information:
issue occurs on Visual Cron 8.3.2
same VC job run correctly on Visual Cron 5.6.2

Probably a security change but we need to test from here to see what is going wrong.
