once i installed VC 8.50.

i am getting the below error ,

Connection Failed to 'localhost'
This may indicate that the server has not been fully started or that server is not running.
If you installed or started the VisualCron Server then wait for few seconds and try again

Do you want to try reconnecting ?

i found that port 16444 is not listening ,

is there is any problem with my installation

my OS : windows 2012 R2 STD

Are you connceting locally or remotely (to another server than same computer)?

locally only ,

no firewall enabled

tried restarting service multiple time

If you use "Is local" setting the port is not used and should not matter. Please add some screenshots of your settings.

1. is the VisualCron service running
2. is the VIsualCronService.exe process running

VisualCron service is running and i tried multiple times restart and stop & start .

is VS support server 2016 as well

To speed up this please send an email to support@visualcron.com and include the file server_startup.txt from the log folder.
