Hello there,

We have been working to setup an Exchange EWS connection through VisualCron. After encountering some issues, we worked with our networking team (who have an EWS connection setup and in use with a other software) to ensure our inputs were correct and we were permitted access (correct port #, no firewall/user account restrictions).

When trying to test the connection we encountered the error shown in one of the attached screenshots. The inputs are included in the other screenshots, no proxy was used and for authentication my own credentials were used. Could you advise us on what might be the cause of this error and what we can do to amend it?

Many thanks,
Robert

N.B. We have tried a variety of different inputs for the Encryption/Authentication, all resulting in the same error.

Would it be possible for our developers to test from here? Please export Connection and send to support@visualcron.com

This has been resolved - Henrik suggested modifying the settings in the encryption tab to match only the appropriate connection and that allowed us to connect. Thanks for the help, the EWS Exchange is working great.
