Master/Slave synchronization is something that will be implemented this year yes. It is being worked on. Currently, we support VC used in MS cluster environments.

It is too early to give you an exact date unfortunately. The sync is perhaps a month away, after that we will start with load balancing

Yes unless something drastic very drastic occurs (i can never give out 100% promises to questions related to future occurrences for obvious reasons), since we plan on releasing those features within a couple of months, and if you purchase a Pro version today, you have free updates for one year.
