I can connect fine to our SFTP server using WinSCP, however VisualCron is giving me the following error...

I'm automating a SFTP transfer using VisualCron.
I can connect fine to our SFTP server using WinSCP, however VisualCron is giving me the following error...

SFTP Error: 7
Connection lost due to error 96273

If you press F1 in the software and search for your error code, you will find this:

SFTP error 96273

Wrong key exchange algorithm is used. See Other Connection error->Set correct Encryption settings

One way to set the correct encryption settings is to download FileZilla, enable "Verbose" logging on filezilla, then connect to the SFTP. After that, open the verbose logfile and you will be able to see what encryption algorithms to use in VisualCron
