Thanks in advance! After we upgraded our VisualCron server from version 8.5 to version 9.0 my API access program is now throwing the following exception (the unmodified VisualCron/API/samples/TestClient program throws the exact same exception when I click on the "Connect remote" button). All this was working fine right before the upgrade.
Does anyone know where CommClientCore is supposed to be found? Am I missing a library or need a new version of something?

Note: a breakpoint set at btnConnectRemote_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) never get's hit so it seems to be a framework/library dependency issue...
Using Visual Studio Professional 2019 Version 16.4.2
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.8.03761

Exception Details:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException
HResult=0x80070002
Message=Could not load file or assembly 'CommClientCore, Version=1.0.7268.17313, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=55f7a52402de1c04' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I had a similar problem.

I added the 3 dl from VisualCron directory to my project:
CommClient.dll
CommClientCore.dll
CommServer.dll

This solved my problem.

You should not have to add this but make sure it is not referenced or that exists in the bin folder - if it does you can delete it.

BIG THANKS to PhilHouc for the suggestion to add CommClient.dll, CommClientCore.dll and CommServer.dll from the VisualCron directory to the sample project. That took care of the exception for me. 😁
