I wanted to create a job that would capture only ABCD*.csv filename.

Sample files:
ABCD01.csv
EFGH02.csv
IJKL03.csv
ABCD04.csv
EFGH05.csv
IJKL06.csv
ABCD07.csv
EFGH08.csv
IJKL09.csv
ABCD10.csv
EFGH11.csv
IJKL12.csv
and so on....

Unless I'm misunderstanding your question - you can do this by creating a remote file trigger, and in the file mask field, you type that specific inclusion that you wrote yourself ABCD*.csv

If you are pulling files from an FTP server, enter ABCD*.csv in the "Include file mask" on the RemoteFilefilter tab of the Download command dialog.

If you are pushing files to an FTP server, enter ABCD*.csv in the "Include file mask" field on the File filter tab.
