Is there a way to export the VC schedule to excel or some other software so that we can review or times? Right now I am doing it manually and we have over 300 tasks, so it is very cumbersome.

You can use the Job report Task. It will show the Next run of each. But it sounds like you need something special. I am moving this topic to Feature requests so you can discuss more exactly what you need.
