Hi,
I would like to install 2 VC services on the same host with different port numbers. the GUI installer doesn't support this - is uninstalls the first instance and doesn't let me install additional ones.
do I have to install just one on each windows machine?

No, you cannot install on the same machine for a couple of reasons. You need to install one on each machine.
