Is kill process tree feature implemented in visual cron?
I see in changelog that in version 5.4.8 [2009-12-17] there is a bugfix for kill process tree, but when I stop process it only kills top most process.

There seems to be a bugin Windows regarding this causing server crash. But we will investigate further again.
