There's no delete option at all.

How to delete an ftp connection from the list?

Hi,

1. You can do that by going to Server tab -> Connections.
2. Select the connection which you wish to delete.
3. Click on 'delete' in the top menu of Connection dialog.

The connection object will be automatically deleted from FTP/SSH Terminal Explorer since Connections are global objects.
