Hi all,

It is possible to create a email trigger based on the attachment type?
When an email arrives and has an attachment other than pdf it needs to send a auto response.
When it contains a pdf or no attachment that do nothing, just pass the email.

As far as I can tell, you will have to use a regular mail trigger and check the attachment manually. You could Save the attachment to a folder, and then check what type of file it is, and then do the appropriate action

That would not work because it needs te send a mail when the attachment does not meet the requirements. (pdf).

Just check the extension of the attachment, and send an email if not pdf. You can use conditions or anything you like.
