VisualCron have many Tasks that can manage Lists, Items and Files in Sharepoint. These are the different Tasks that exist today:

Create list (Pro) - The SharePoint - Create List Task creates a List in the SharePoint library.

Delete list(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Delete List(s) Task deletes a list in the SharePoint library.

Describe list (Pro) - The SharePoint - Describe List Task returns a description of a list in the SharePoint library.

Get list(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Describe List Task returns a description of a list in the SharePoint library.

Update list (Pro) - The SharePoint - Update List Task updates a List in the SharePoint library.

Add list item (Pro) - Adds an item to an existing list on a SharePoint Services site. Lists usually appear in a multi-column/multi-row table of information which are basic buildings blocks of Web pages on a Windows SharePoint Services site. The columns represent lists and the rows represent items in those lists. If the specified list (column) does not exist, it will be created during runtime along with its associated value. If the column already exists, the specified value will be added to the next available row in that column.

Update list item (Pro) - Updates an existing list item.

Delete list item(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Delete List item(s) Task deletes one or more List item(s) in a List of the SharePoint library.

Get list item(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Get List item(s) Task retrieves a list of list items from a specific List in the SharePoint library.

Upload file(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Upload file(s) Task uploads one or more files to the SharePoint library.

Download file(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Download file(s) Task downloads one or more files from the SharePoint library.

List file(s (Pro) - The SharePoint - List file(s) Task retrieves a list of existing files from List in the SharePoint library based on a CAML query.

Delete file(s) (Pro) - The SharePoint - Delete file(s) Task deletes files from List in the SharePoint library based on a CAML query.
