When the User does not have permission to access a feature, the related buttons and menu bar items should either be disabled or hidden.

Currently, the Ribbon Bar buttons and menu items are not disabled/hidden and the User gets a message box with no permissions message.

On top of that i submit that users should not be able to see jobs or tasks that they do not have permission to run. Right now they see all jobs regardless of security set up at the job level.

I "third" this request as we are just now exploiting these features and this would be an excellent enhancement.
