We have the UAC enabled for long time, not sure why start having the issue on Friday last week. Any workaround that we dont need diabling UAC?

This is related to a permissions change to the User or the Local Security Policy. We do now know what exactly has been changed but you can try one of these options;

1. disable UAC to VisualCro and reboot
2. enable Extended debugging in Server settings->Log and then open the Credential you use and change from CreateProcessWithLogonW to CreateProcessAsUserW
