I am trying to do a POC on a couple Azure related tasks. For this test, upload and download files from an Azure Storage Account. I’ve spent time looking at the documentation and forums but not finding the information I need. How is the connection setup to Azure Storage? I select Microsoft Azure from the Protocol Type, but does that need Password or Public Key Authentication? Will an Azure AD user and password work for the account name and account key, or does it require a SAS or Connection String?

The documentation makes reference to a PublishSettingsFile. Is that needed? I tried one but it’s still not working. Does this configuration still need an account name and key? If so, how to I find them?

If anyone has working examples that would be extremely helpful.

For Azure transfer you use Account name and Account key. For Azure server control you use the Publish settings file. So in your case the former.
