for example, i want to set a message if tasks are all success.

Can we use something like:

{LOGIC(If|String|{TASK(task1|Result)}|==|Success| && If|String|{TASK(task2|Result)}|==|Success| |All Tasks Success|Some Tasks Failed)}

In this case, if you have a Job, you have 4 Tasks. Then you can use Flow tab in Job->On success->Run Notification
if any Task fails it will not be sent

You can also use Conditions to create AND or OR
