I upgraded the client and server to 9.1.5. Unfortunately, the WebClient still seems to be stuck on 8.5.3. How do I get the WebClient upgraded?

That shouldn't happen, it sounds like you've installed in a different directory/drive or something? Regardless , re-install the IIS via VisualCron settings and it should update

Unfortunately still an issue after the reinstall of IIS (see attachment):

Then you have to, via IIS, localize the files that are being used - as they are apparently not using the files in the installation folder.

This is still proving to be a problem and is affecting our use of VisualCron. The local version according to web.config is still pointing to a version 8:

Did you look at my screencast clip I linked? What does it show if you follow those steps?

It is most likely that you've either installed visualcron accidentally on two different locations, or that it somehow is stuck in the memory and the server needs to be rebooted

Please try 1) reboot the server
2) go to the Server Settings, then the Folders tab and look at where the folders are located there.

We were finally able to schedule a reboot of the server. It did upgrade the client, we are able to connect, but now we have a new problem: no jobs are displayed. I can see a list of the jobs running if I click failed or running, but the simple listing of all of the jobs like on the client is gone.

Does rebooting the server fix this issue for you?

No, because as you see in the screen above, none of our jobs are listed, even though we have at least 60 active...

What browser are you using? Please try another browser if possible.

"Web interface does not display correctly or not working

We recommend using Chrome or Firefox. If using IE make sure that Emulation mode is set to 10. See image below. " From the web client documentation

It works in Edge. The grid does not show in Chrome, although notifications and folders do.

Yes, they are, but we would like them to work in Chrome as that is our corporate standard.

Here are some errors from the Chrome:

I can not reproduce this myself, plus many of our customers use Chrome for their web client and this is the only report we've gotten of it not working in Chrome - so it must be something locally in your chrome permission/settings. Are you able to test it in a test environment outside of company network, on Chrome? on a laptop or similar. I could provide you with a trial extension code if you need
