Hello.

We need assistance to understand the root cause behind the loss of process reference.
This issue has happen to us two times, with loss of work. Although we've the backup process set to execute two times a day, we've a considerable frequency of new developments.

The issue is triggered by the following events:

1. Clients can't connect to server
2. Server is in inconsistency state, this is, the service is running but the server can't be turned on, even with service restart
3. Service is then manually killed and started, with this step the server can then be turned on
4. The Clients are now able to connect but the processes are all gone

We're overcoming this problem by restoring the most recent backup.

Please keep in mind this is causing loss of work, we kindly ask for your assistance.

Kind Regards,

Please provide more information about this, how often you can reproduce it, if it's completely random, and also send us the log_server*date* file to support@visualcron.com when you're trying to turn on the server but unable to. Also, please enable extended server debug logging in the Server settings, and let us know what version you are using
