Im trying to create a new sharepoint connection, i keep getting:

Connection test failed. Error: The sign-in name or password does not match one in the Microsoft account system.

when trying testing the connection.

Im testing with a user xx@xx.dk/password, the user is excluded from all MFA/condutional acces policies
If i browse i Edge to the https://sharepointsite im allowed access.

Any ideas?

Hi Tom,

Please send an email to support@visualcron.com with screenshots of connectio and task settings. Also the error you get when trying to connect via the connection explorer.

Tips to fix-
Verify your Alternate Access Mappings configuration.
Ensure your SharePoint farm has a root site collection.
Verify that there is no proxy, firewall, or antivirus blocking your connection.
Verify that Use Remote Interfaces is activated.
Restart IIS (Internet Information Server) on the SharePoint server(s)
