We purchased a server license about a month or so ago. I activated the license and everything seemed fine. I haven't touched the machine since. Today I log in to create a new job and it allows me to create the job but a notification pops up in the right corner telling me jobs won't run, trial expired. So i try to re-activate using the same activation number in my receipt e-mail and it tells me the number is already in use. So now, I have software I cannot use! I've only owned this a month! I use this in a production environment.

Support, Please help.
