Since upgrading to from 9.1.5 to 9.3 all mysql queries that use "LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE" are failing with error:

Exception in Task: MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): The used command is not allowed with this MariaDB version
