Hello

I am currently evaluating Visual Cron (Version 9.9.6 PRO) and I am attempting to use SFTP to make a connection to a client remote Server for File Transfer. Works fine in FileZilla but not in VisualCron. Filezilla Trace shows the following:

Trace: Doing Diffie-Hellman key exchange using 2048-bit modulus and hash SHA-256 (unaccelerated) with standard group "group14"
Trace: Server also has ecdsa-sha2-nistp256/rsa-sha2-512/rsa-sha2-256/ssh-rsa host keys, but we don't know any of them
Trace: Host key fingerprint is:
Trace: ssh-ed25519 255 SHA256:OmbVHgiPmysiwPtcVdCLPYs74TzVsxrECrsEBTLPoj4
Trace: Initialised AES-256 SDCTR (AES-NI accelerated) outbound encryption
Trace: Initialised HMAC-SHA-256 (unaccelerated) outbound MAC algorithm
Trace: Initialised AES-256 SDCTR (AES-NI accelerated) inbound encryption
Trace: Initialised HMAC-SHA-256 (unaccelerated) inbound MAC algorithm

Hi Jason,

You might need to disable "auto" on the encryption algo's in the connection settings and set those individually. Best would be if you could provide us with a test account so we can reproduce and take a look from our environment to see what's going on. Please send us an email to support@visualcron.com with the information if possible.
