After upgrading to 9.9.7, SFTP connection stopped working:
SFTP Error: 111
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Revert back to 9.9.0 the old version, SFTP works again.
Please advise what's we can try next.

In 9.9.7 - please to delete the connection and re-create it from scratch and let me know if it works better.

I'm also getting the same issue, and re-creating the FTP connection doesn't work.
Connecting using a public key

Any chance we could get a test account to that sftp to reproduce this issue from our environment? It would speed up the troubleshooting a lot. Please mail us at support@visualcron.com

We also tried to create a new connection but it still doesn't work
and we wont be able to produce a test account, as it's a production environment

Please send an email to support@visualcron.com with details of the connection settings, the error you get in connection explorer when trying to connect etc.

We want to upgrade to 9.9.7 but not with SFTP issues offcourse.

There's a box called auto authentication in the connection details, try checking that and see if that corrects it. It did for me
