Ticket already into support, but none of my 9.9.7 servers tray clients can connect to the local servers anymore. I need this for foreground execution.

I already tried deleting users.xml and seeing it it will fix the issue but did not.

Curious if anyone else is seeing the issue.

Hi,

Did you send us an email about this to support@visualcron.com as well? Just asking as we are gathering all who are experiencing this issue. We are looking in to it. If you haven't mailed us about it, please do.

We are also experiencing this issue with VisualCron 9.9.7. It is not affecting all of our windows accounts, but only one of them. When Windows session is loaded for that particular user account, the client tray icon at the bottom right corner quickly turns yellow then red. Server is shown as "not connected".

With other user accounts, the client tray icon turns yellow and stays yellow.

I've tried deleting C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\VisualCron for the problematic user and it didn't fix the issue. We had to revert VisualCron to an early version which has non such issue.

Any updates on fixing it?

It was identified as a bug in 9.9.7 and fixed in 9.9.8. Upgraded to 9.9.8 and it is no longer an issue for us.
