Hello,
It would be beneficial for when an inactive job(file trigger) is activated for it to recognize any existing trigger files in the location specified.

For File trigger job, if the job was
deactivated, and file created, then the job activated, it does not get triggered, I have to move the file somewhere else, then put it back for the
trigger to fire. What can I do, to have the job/trigger automatically recognize that there's a file and execute

Can VC react (file trigger) to any existing files, if the job is re-activated?

Thanks.

You can manually fire the trigger. Right-click on the job and hover over "Triggers", then hover over the trigger name, then click on Fire.

This might be safer and give one more control than automatically firing triggers and starting processing files that may be in an unknown state when enabling a job. Of course your needs may vary on this point.
