Is there an elegant way to trigger a Job after for example 3 files arrive in a folder.

The files don't arrive at the same time or in a specific order, so i need to build a job that only triggers if all 3 files are in said folder.

What you need to do is make a job and setup a file trigger on it.
This file trigger should look at all the files arriving in your folder.

The 1st task should have a condition with 3 file checks. You can check if your files exist in the arrival directory. If all conditions are true, you should continue, or else you stop the job.

That should do the trick.
