We had a problem with Visual Cron a few days back. There are 5 jobs scheduled using visual cron and all were running successfully. As of a sudden, 1 of the job's execution status shows as running but infact it wouldn't be running. Rest 4 jobs are running normally without any issues but we had problem with only one job which was not running. There was no problem with the job script.

We tried restarting the visual cron service, but no luck. Finally we restarted the server and the issue got resolved. Now all the 5 jobs are running successfully.

But I would like to know as to why this happened. There was no problem with the job script. This happened with only one job while the rest 4 were running successfully. Can the support team help me out on this ?
