It is very disappointing that my personal activation code does not work any more after I re-install my computer. 😠

The code is attached in the email I sent to sales@visualcron.com

Seems the user needs to deactivate the license, which does not make any sense at all because the reason I re-install my computer is that the computer crashed and I could not use it any more not to mention deactivate the license.

Please reply to my email and fix this issue for me as soon as possible. Thank you.

There is probably no need to panic at all. If you have already emailed sales they will get back to you.

Yes, a license is tied to a machine. That is why you need to deactivate yourself. They can help you from sales side but then you need to wait for them to reply. Next time you can do it yourself.

You are right I did not need to panic, because:

1. The trial version is fully functional and last 45 days
2. The sales replied my email and reset the code for me in 24 hours.
