It would be handy if one could configure a global level On Error behavior. This would allow us to configure an email notification once, and have that capture all job failures. This would act as a default behavior if the job has not been configured with its own On Error flow.
This would be a good safety catch for jobs that have been mis-configured, and also a convenience if one has a large number of jobs.
