Access Denied Trying to Import Settings - VisualCron - Forum

There is a job on our server that automatically backs up the jobs/tasks to C\Program Files (86)\VisualCron\backup daily. Today the user needed to import the backup as a task was lost. When she tried to import the file it said that she needed to contact the owner of the file or an administrator.

I was able to copy the file to My Documents since I'm an Admin and I did not get that error except when I tried to copy it gave me another Admin rights required type message.

If we need to allow our users (non Admin) to restore from a backup, do we just need to change the path to where this backup file is saved or what should we do?

Yes, change the path. Also, we recommend backing up to another drive than the same drive as VisualCron - if that drive crashes.
