We have a client who uses spaces in the filenames of files we need to download via FTP (ughhh). We have tried to get them to change it but they won't. For example a file may be at the location :

/outbound/FileAcklg04-2014-04-22 162831.csv

Visualcron attempts to download the file 162831.csv and fails (see error at bottom of post).

When I use Visual Cron's Explorer to login, it shows the directory structure, and it seems to show the files correctly. For instance:

-rw-rw-rw- 1 generic 725 Apr 22 16:34 OrderAcklg04-2014-04-22 162831.csv

So, I am surmising that the space is causing the file to not be downloaded.

Any ideas on how to get this to work?

Thanks

Which version are you using? Please test with latest version first. If that does not work we might need a test account to verify this. Please send details to support@visualcron.com

Thanks. I am using the most recent Visualcron version: 7.1.7. I'll email support with a test account to try.

Thanks
