Minor issue,

1) Create new connection using POP3, port shows as 110.

2) Select "SSL", port changes to 465.

4) Unselect "SSL", port changes to 25. It should be 110.

Tested on 5.0.0

I'm still having problems with the source folder being created in the destination folder. When I look in the log I see the following messages in our jobs that send files:

"Error changing to FTP folder: Unaccepted server reply (error code is 550) (550 .//xxx/files/PORTAL/OUT: No such file or directory)" where xxx is our internal server and the period at the beginning of the folder string is the destination folder.

"Unable to change folder to: /to_xpn//xxx/files/ProbatePredictor/ToExperian, err: File not found" where xxx is our internal server and /to_xpn/ is the destination directory. I've attached a screenshot.

In the message: "Error changing to FTP folder: Unaccepted server reply (error code is 550) (550 .//xxx/files/PORTAL/OUT: No such file or directory)"

the source folder is "//xxx/files/PORTAL/OUT" (xxx is our server name) and the destination folder is "."

In the second message: "Unable to change folder to: /to_xpn//xxx/files/ProbatePredictor/ToExperian, err: File not found"

the source folder is "//xxx/files/ProbatePredictor/ToExperian" (xxx is our server name) and the destination folder is "/to_xpn"

Just a quick test. Normally windows uses back slashes, not forward slashes. Does it make ny difference if you use \\xxx\files\PORTAL\OUT instead?

Maybe that is part of the problem? It seems to be switching the slashes in addition to putting it in the destination folder? I have it set up as windows expects it. Please see attached screen shot of the source folder and file. This was working in version 4.9.37 before I upgraded this morning.

Peter

Is it possible the you can zip the files under OUT/ folder. We can reproduce this with our test so we would like to try with your folder structure. You can send the file to support@visualcron.com if you don't want to post it here.

I'm assuming the "out" folder you are talking about is the \\internal_server_name\files\Portal\OUT folder? Unfortunately I cannot zip and send them out as the files contain sensitive information.

What is important is the folder structure and files. Not content. Is it possible that you copy the folder structure and just empty the files?

There are more than 1000 files in the folder structure so I cannot empty all of them otherwise I will be here all day! 😁 I will take several files from the folder structure, empty them out, and send them to you in a zip file.

The "out" folder contains one subfolder called "ARCHIVE" so I will be sure to include some from there as well.

Thanks for your help!

I have just sent an email containing the folder structures and some of the files. Please let me know if you need additional information.

Peter
