I am trying to restart two services and both of them are having the same problem. I can stop the service or start it from VC, but when I try to Restart or even make two tasks, a Start and a Stop, it will stop it, but VC will not start the service. It just sits on Running indefinitely.

As a workaround, I have set up two jobs, one to stop and then one to start the services, each 1 minute apart and that works, but it's pain.
