Hey guys!

I just started playing with Mail Triggers, and they sure are great! Problem is, my current mail setup doesn't have a separate account for service tasks. It's nice that VisualCron will mark E-Mails as read after using them, but I can already tell with all the mail-groups that I'd like to include in my task automation, if I'm routing them all to my E-mail, I'll be buried in messages before 10:00AM. So, I'd like to use handy-dandy folders to keep things where they belong. Folders and outlook rules will make it so that I don't have to create any new distribution groups or inboxes to get my task automation done.

Now: Here's the problem. When I click "Use Selected Folder" in my E-mail task, and then click the Folder Icon to list available folders, VisualCron tells me "An error occurred while trying to get mail folders: There are no public folder servers available." I'm using an Exchange EWS connection, and I'm logged into an account. I didn't think public folders were relevant in this case, because I want a folder in my account. I tried manually entering the folder name, but that didn't work.

I've never claimed to be an Exchange wizard: Am I overlooking something that's staring me straight in the face? 😕

A hand would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like a problem with Exchange. We just made a new build where we try to ignore this error: https://www.visualcron.c....aspx?g=posts&t=8018

Please install it. Go to Server settings->Log and enable Extended debug logging. Try to click again. Let us know if it works without errors now. Either way, please send log_serverDATE.txt to support@visualcron.com - you find it in the log folder of installation folder.

Sounds like a plan! I'll do this when I next have the chance, and let you know how it goes/include a log file for you!
