we have a situation where the Visualcron server has been migrated to a new win 2016 server (64 bit).
Visualcron ( 8.4.1 ) has a number of batches that it runs and that launch a series of applications in background.
The configuration has been exported from prevous installation of VC that has run perfectly for 4-5 years with no issues.
Batch files are all the same as before. Applications run by batches are all at the same level ( as previous install ). If the batches are run at command line they all work perfectly. If batches are scheduled by windows scheduler they run as well. When we run them via VC the seem to hang. The batches run especially reloads of qlikview applications. All tasks are confgured to run with domain admin credentials and in hidden window as usually no one logs into the server.

I have tried every possible solution but nothing seems to work.
