If you get the below error when trying to start the VisualCron Client or Server:

Source .NET Runtime

Application: VisualCronClient.exe

Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

Exception Info: System.TypeInitializationException

Then go to Programs and features and make sure that .NET 3.5 is installed.
