Dear Support,

The upgrade process has been running for more than half an hour now and seems to be frozen.
We are currently running a server migration (from physical to virtual) so this server is currently under trial period, waiting for the licence to be migrated.

What's happening and how to get this upgrade working correctly ?

Try to uninstall it first through Add/Remove programs. Then install new. Your settings will remain.
